Keep It Beautiful
Simple, straightforward guidelines to protect your investment and keep your cabinetry looking its best for years to come.
Everyday Care
Most cabinetry care comes down to three simple habits.
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean spills as they happen. Dry the surface immediately — standing moisture is the enemy of any wood finish.
A microfiber cloth or soft feather duster removes dust without scratching. Wipe in the direction of the grain on stained wood.
A few drops of mild dish soap in warm water is all you need. Avoid bleach, ammonia, abrasive pads, and any products containing citrus or vinegar.

By Finish Type
Different finishes have slightly different needs. Here's what to know for each.
Painted cabinetry is durable but can show scuffs over time. Touch-up paint is available from Cabworx for minor marks. For deeper scratches, contact us for a professional touch-up.
Natural wood finishes develop a beautiful patina over time. Avoid prolonged sun exposure which can lighten or shift the color. Use a wood-safe furniture polish sparingly — once or twice a year is sufficient.
Wipe with a damp microfiber cloth only. Acrylic surfaces show fingerprints — buff gently with a clean, dry microfiber cloth for a streak-free shine.
